Our Belly dance programme offers a great mixture of high and low-impact workout. The benefits of our belly dance workout is to improve posture, balance and co-ordination. Our fun-filled classes will get your hips moving and your toes tapping...calories burning away before you can say ''shimmy''. Before you know it, you will be showing off your moves to all. 

Belly Dance is an imazing art and one of the world's oldest fitness disipline emphazising movement of the abdomen and pelvic. The perfect way to develop deep abdominal strength.  Through regular attendance you will benefit from increased stamina, strength in your core muscles and improved flexibility, as well as some superb dance routines. Our format and lesson plan is innovative, target-driven and dynamic. And don’t worry about having to splash out on harem pants and sequined bras – comfy clothes and non-slip shoes are all you need in the first instance. The sequins and sexy gear comes later, but only if you feel so inspired!

Our syllabus and course structure has been developed to ensure you get the highest quality, most thorough and fast progressing learning experience possible within a supportive and relaxed environment and the sessions are instructed by highly qualified and experienced teachers.  Our job is to educate, inspire and encourage our students throughout their entire Belly Dance journey.


What happens in class?

We start with a warm up, strengthening all muscle groups used in belly dance, we then raise the pulse and heart rate up, for fat burning  , a thorough breakdown of all the moves, drills, technique, combinations ,choreography which culminates the lesson, fun improvisation technique and stretch at the end. Each workshops will consist different styles of belly dancing. Half of the class will be cardiovascular hight impact workout and half of it will be based on a choreography more of a sculpt workout low-impact, we will begiving you a total body workout including cardiovascular. 

Who can attend?

There are no height or weight restrictions. No experience needed, anyone can attend of any ability. Absolute beginners are welcome.

What do I wear to class?

We recommend that you wear natural fibres and comfortable clothes that won’t restrict your movements. Leggings, tracksuits,tights or a long skirt is ideal. A crop top, long top or t-shirt can be worn. We suggest you use a belly dance coin belt for added authenticity and for more fun in class! This can be purchased with us if you don’t already have one. We usually dance in bellydance/ballet slippers or trainers.
